Cooking Tips
The lean minced steak is vacuum packed, so it’s easy to store in your fridge or freezer. You’ll find that the mince will be quite compact after opening the packet, so I would recommend that once you are ready to cook, break the mince up before browning it, and continue to break it up in the pan as it browns.
